Welcome to the 2010 QIS Capital Stock Challenge. This contest has been designed to share investment ideas, strategies, and some enjoyment. The contest will run until December 31, 2010. Participants are encouraged to enter a "real-life" portfolio which reflects your investment strategy. A comments section will be included with each trade submission for investors to share a few key points and reasons for the trade. All entries will be approved by QIS Capital management and any inappropriate usage will be grounds for dismissal. Investors are encouraged to treat participants with respect and any personal attacks or comments, regardless of Stock Challenge performance, are inappropriate.

2010 Contest Rules
1) Hypothetical portfolio starts at CDN$50,000.
2) A maximum of 10 stocks in the portfolio at any given time.
3) Stocks must be chosen from a Canadian Exchange.
4) A maximum of 5 trades per month. Trades must be submitted by midnight the previous day and will remain open for 15 business days. Only the actual trading volume at the specified price will be filled.
5) A fixed commission of $10 will be added to each trade.
6) A minimum of 5 stocks must be purchased prior to December 1, 2010 and a minimum of 1 trade must be completed each quarter or the participant will be disqualified.
7) Portfolio values and standings will be updated approximately once per week.
8) It would be appreciated if any dividends paid or special situations be reported by email to info@qiscapital.com.
