Cobra Venture Corporation (CBV:TSX-V) is an emerging oil and gas company that has assembled varying interests in three non-operated core areas that hold significant potential. A large part of this upside comes from the Viewfield, SK area where Cobra is working with some of the former management team of Bison Resources to build production and reserves from the Bakken and Frobisher formations.
To date, Cobra has had tremendous successful with its Viewfield project development. The company has an active 2008 drilling program planned, which is expected to significantly increase cash flow by year-end. As at February 29, 2008, the company had a positive working capital position of $2.2 million or $0.15 per share and no long-term debt.
