Baden Technologies Inc. (BDZ:TSX-V) conducts business primarily through its wholly-owned subsidiary, FSI International Services Ltd. (FSI). Since 1987, FSI has been involved in the development, marketing, manufacturing, production, and installation of filtration and filtration-related products for the petrochemical, utilities and environmental industries.
Domestically, the demand for the company’s filtration and filtration-related products is entering a growth phase, particularly with service projects in the oil sands. In addition, Baden has recently secured a large brine plant contract for 2008 delivery and the company is currently negotiating contracts for two other potential brine plants to be fabricated and shipped in 2008.
